A. When is the Direct Debit taken from my bank account?

Your Direct Debit is taken from your bank account around the 1st of each month. You cannot change this date.

B. Why does the Better Giving Partnership appear on my bank statement?

Better Giving Partnership is the registered charity that runs Givto. That’s why you’ll see Better Giving Partnership on your bank statements and online banking.

C. How do I change the amount I want to donate?

If you would like to change your monthly Direct Debit amount, please contact us at help@givto.org. Let us know what you would like your new amount to be and we will transfer you to a different payment plan.

D. How do I change the bank account my Direct Debit comes from?

E. How do I cancel my Direct Debit?

You can cancel your Direct Debit at any time. Please contact us at help@givto.org or speak to your bank.
